Aaron Rogers trade rumors: Von Miller believes the Broncos front desk can make a deal

Von Miller believes that the Broncos are in a situation where they cannot lose at the quarterback position.

The former Super Bowl MVP discussed the Denver quarterback at the MLB Celebrity Softball All-Star Game on Sunday. On the one hand, he is very satisfied with Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater, who are the top two passers on the team’s roster.

On the other hand, if Aaron Rogers is available, he believes that Denver’s front office will be in a good position to compete with the defending NFL MVP.

“First of all, I am very satisfied with Drew, I am very satisfied with Teddy. GP (George Paton) and John Elway, if A-Rod is there to let us get him, then they are two people working,” Miller said Mike Chris of 9News. “John Elway, he did a great job working with big people before-Payton (Manning) and DeMarcus (Lawrence) and Akib (Talib)-all these people. So If someone is looking for it, GP and John if they can, Elway are the two people who wear it.”

timeline: Everything you need to know about Aaron Rogers’ offseason drama

It is worth noting that the players mentioned by Miller came to Denver as free agents. In the case that he was turned away by the Packers, the team will have to trade Rogers. So, this is a key difference.

Nevertheless, the Broncos should participate in the Rogers team raffle, he will definitely be a good fit for Denver. The team has entered the playoffs in the past five seasons, but they have a rock-solid lineup that includes a stacking receiving team composed of Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, KJ Hamler, Noah Fant and Albert Okwuegbunam.

Rogers can maximize the production of these young talents. Despite playing in a division featuring Patrick Mahomes, adding him to the team will make the Broncos a true Super Bowl contender.

Soon, we will see what happens to Rogers. He said he would “Resolve the problem in a few weeks.”

But even if Rogers does not come to Denver, Miller still believes that Bridgewater and Locke can lead the Broncos to victory in 2021.

“They left a deep impression on me, and they left a deep impression on everyone during the OTA,” Miller said. “So I’m very excited for these guys. Drewlock is another year, and I think this will be when he turns it on. So no matter how we go, it is bright for us.”
