The once classic hope that Mehnah will reappear in the Irish Stallion Farm EBF Cairn Rouge Championship this week in Killarney.
Trainer Kevin Prendergast (Kevin Prendergast) has designated Wednesday’s listing race as more than a mile because she returned after a setback.
Frankel’s daughter sprained a muscle, which caused her to be eliminated from the Irish 1,000 Guinea and Royal Ascot coronation championships in Curragh.
But the half-sisters of Prendergast’s 2016 Irish 2,000 Guinea champion Awtaad have returned to work for several weeks and are preparing to return to the game.
“She participated in the listing competition in Killarney on Wednesday,” said the Kildare County coach.
“She couldn’t be better. We look forward to letting her run there and hope she can put on a wonderful performance.”
Mehnah has just started his career twice, each with more than 7 furlongs.
She won her debut in Dundalk in September, but failed to keep up with the Guardians of Time in the third set of 1,000 Guinea trials in Leopardstown in April.
