Treyang made a great debut in the Eastern Conference Finals.
On Wednesday, the Eagles’ star point guard led the team to a 116-113 victory over the Bucks. Young scored 48 points-tied for the fourth highest in the history of the conference finals-and joined the ranks of Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Dirk Nowitzki.
The highest score in a conference final:
54 — Michael Jordan
50 — Dirk Nowitzki
49 — LeBron James
48 — LeBron James
48 — Dirk Nowitzki

Yang also grabbed 7 rebounds and sent 11 assists. This makes him the second youngest player in NBA history to score 45+ points and 10+ assists in the playoffs. The youngest is Luka Doncic, who was traded by famous young players on draft night in 2018.
Yang’s most impressive assist was a glass pass to John Collins, who ended with a dunk.
Before hitting a three-pointer at the end of the third quarter, Yang also showed some swaggering gestures.
Needless to say, Yang’s antics excited the Hawks supporters, NBA fans and basketball analysts, who expressed their thoughts on his performance on Twitter after the game.
For the record, I don’t like Trae Young’s shaking before he hits the open three-pointer. He is not the Stephen of three-pointers-he shot 32% in the playoffs and is only 4-13 tonight. But I will give him this: shimmy sent a message to the Bucks and their fans that Trae is not afraid of deer.

If there is a sharp contrast between the playoffs and the regular season, it’s that Tre Young is not an All-Star this year, and Ben Simmons is

It is safe to say that Trae Young’s “empty data” narrative is dead.
