NCAA Baseball Tournament Super Zone Hosts 2021

The winner of each double-elimination zone will now advance to the Super Zone in a higher-seeded three-game two-win series.

The eight super regional champions will enter the University World Series starting on June 19. The two teams will decide the matchup between the two teams in the finals of the University World Series in a double defeat.

In the regional competition, seven of the top eight seeds won, and only the sixth-ranked TCU was eliminated. The Dallas Baptist Church won the Fort Worth regional competition.The only series to be held in a neutral location will be Dallas Baptist vs. Virginia, which will be held in Columbia, South Carolina.

All baseball super-regional games will be broadcast on the ESPN network from June 11th to 14th before the University World Series next week. The game time and channel may change.

2021 University World Series Schedule

  • Super area: June 11-14

After the Super Regional Game ends on June 14th, the team will have a few days to head to the quarter-finals of the University World Series on June 19th, where they will compete in the double knockout round.

The Super Regional Tournament will be hosted by a higher seed or located in a neutral location. All University World Series games will be held at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska. The University World Series will last until Wednesday, June 30.
